You have the opportunity to trial a program before committing.
Before even beginning, Tritalent asks you to complete a comprehensive questionairre which covers areas like previous injuries, future goals, time available to train, and many other details which are essential for Jason to formulate a program tailored to your specific needs.
You personally consult with Jason to comment on the proposed structure for your training and have input to adjust it where you think needed.
